Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sized potatoes, cubed
1 medium cucumber, diced
4 eggs, hard-boiled
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Wash and cook the potatoes without paring.
Mix all ingredients well, taking care they do not lose their identity. Serves 6 to 8.
