Easy Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, margarine, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes, until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add coconut. Beat until smooth and of spreading consistency.
