Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 stick margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts.
    Combine with onion, mayonnaise and cheese.
    Melt margarine and mix with enough cracker crumbs to make a topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
