Baked Stuffed Mushroom Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    1/4 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. minced clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. lemon
    1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Leave mushroom caps whole.
    Chop stems.
    Heat 6 tablespoons butter with oil.
    Add garlic and onion.
    Saute until onion is wilted.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in bread crumbs, salt, parsley, lemon juice, tarragon and chopped mushroom stems.
