Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. American cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in large bowl.
    Add all rest of ingredients.
    Mix well and bake in shallow dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
