Oven Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck or arm roast, cubed, or use stew meat
    1 lb. pkg. carrots, chunked
    3 medium onions, chunked
    4 to 5 stalks celery, chunked
    1 lb. can tomatoes with juice
    3 Tbsp. tapioca granules
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in casserole and cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
