Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a 9-inch graham cracker crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes (until firm).
    Mix sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar.
    Pour over baked mixture and bake for 5 minutes.
    If you want to top the cheesecake with fruit, omit the cinnamon.
