Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
2 cans minced clams
1 medium chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
2 drops Tabasco (optional)
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients,
simmer 10 minutes.
Add 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
Serve hot with melba rounds.
