Ice Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. pineapple juice *
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    *Use juice drained from crushed pineapple.
    Add water, if needed, to make 1 cup.
