Ham Or Salami Party Roll-Up Finger Food - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. paprika
    thin sliced ham, salami or roast beef
Preparation
    I used horseradish to make a cheese spread. You may need a little milk to make the cream cheese to spread easier.
    Spread a slice of meat with a little cream cheese mixture.
    Roll up and use scissors and cut each end to be smooth and in an angel, then cut in half in an angle. Continue in this manner until meat is used up.
