Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cream-style corn
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix
1 c. cheese, grated
1 egg

Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Stir in corn, egg, cheese and corn bread mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
