Bambini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. large flaky refrigerator biscuits
    20 very thin slices pepperoni
Preparation
    Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a small bowl.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Halve each biscuit horizontally, forming 20 thin biscuits.
