O-Deer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jumbo Vidalia onions
    1 1/2 lb. ground venison
    oil
    2 small chopped green onions
    1/4 lb. grated Mozzarella
    2 medium chopped banana peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    12 strips red rind hoop cheese (3-inches long)
Preparation
    Boil jumbo onions until soft enough to separate and make onion shells.
    Brown the venison in a skillet in oil; combine the venison and remaining ingredients (except hoop cheese).
    Try covering for half the time.
