Carrot Salad (Marinated) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced carrots
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    broccoli, cauliflower and green peas (can also be added)
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Refrigerate and marinate for 2 days.
