Ritzy Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar or little less
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. rolled Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually add 1 cup sugar or little less.
    Fold in pecans, crackers and vanilla.
    Place in slightly greased, 9-inch pie plate with sides slightly higher than center.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
