Applesauce Bread Pudding(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 slices toasted white bread
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can applesauce
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Spread toasted bread with butter or margarine and cut into quarters.
Place, buttered side up, in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins over toast.
