Pineapple Fluff Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and Eagle Brand. Pour in pineapple and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Top with coconut. If desired, you can also top with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries, diced. Just before serving, you can also drizzle with chocolate syrup.
