Pink Lemonade Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) pkg. angel food cake mix (a purchased angel food cake may be used)
    3 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    red food coloring
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions; cool completely.
