Mini Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground round steak
    1 egg, beaten
    2 1/2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. fine cracker crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and shape into walnut size meatballs. Chill 1 hour.
    Fry 3 minutes or until done.
