Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef chuck
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. oil
dash of pepper
dash of garlic powder
4 medium green peppers
1 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 can beef broth
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cut beef in thin slices.
Heat oil in large frypan.
Add beef and stir over high heat until meat is brown.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, beef broth, green pepper, celery and onion.
Cook over low heat until vegetables are done, then add cornstarch, water and soy sauce that has been blended to thicken meat mixture.
Serves 4.
