Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg, brown with onions
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, oregano, eggs and milk; pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread with hamburg and pizza sauce.
Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes; 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, 10 minutes longer at 350\u00b0 with cheese.
