Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; folding in apples last.
Bake at 350\u00b0
about 1 hour.
This makes a good Bundt cake.
I use cream cheese frosting.
