Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter (chunky best)
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. Quaker oats
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar, milk, oleo and cocoa at a hard boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, vanilla and oats.
Beat together until it starts to thicken.
Then place bite size spoonfuls onto wax paper or cookie sheet.
Let cool.
Yield: approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
