Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

ice cream
coconut

Preparation

Shape ice cream balls.
Roll in flaked coconut.
Freeze until very firm.
Remove from freezer one at a time and decorate with icings and gels to resemble Christmas tree ornaments or decorate with flowers. Use simple designs and work quickly.
Return each snowball to freezer when finished.
