Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs for 5 minutes; add sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and flour.
Stir and add baking soda and cinnamon.
Line a jelly roll pan with wax paper and grease paper.
Pour in the cake, spreading evenly, and sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Loosen edges with knife and turn over onto tea towel that has been sprinkled with 10x sugar.
Roll towel and cool for 20 minutes.
Unroll and spread filling, then re-roll.
