City Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 lb. veal, cut into bite size cubes (I use 2 parts veal to 1 part pork)
    1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Push meat cubes onto skewers.
    Combine cracker and corn flake crumbs and seasonings.
    In separate dish, combine egg and milk. Dip meat in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
    Brown slowly on all sides in hot fat (oil or shortening).
    Dissolve 1 chicken bouillon cube in 3/4 cup hot water.
    Add to meat.
    Cover tightly; simmer one hour or until tender or place in baking dish and cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
