Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bread, quartered
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain and set aside.
    Shred cheese and set aside.
    Make crumbs out of bread.
    In a large frypan melt butter over medium heat.
    Add crumbs and lemon peel.
    Cook crumbs until brown.
    In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, layer broccoli and cheese.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Serve hot.
