Never-Fail Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
Preparation

In saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and water.
Cook until thick and clear.
Remove from burner and cool.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Continue beating while slowly pouring cooled mixture into egg whites.
Spread over cooled pie filling, sealing edges.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
