Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 c. fresh chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add flour and stir well into a roue. Gradually add broth and broccoli.
    Cook on medium heat until broccoli is tender, stirring frequently.
    Reduce heat and stir in milk.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Yield: 4 cups soup.
