Ingredients

1 can milk
2 lemons (juice and rind), grated
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Freeze milk until icy.
Whip milk until thick and fluffy.
Add sugar, a little at a time.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Save a little rind for the topping.
Place in buttered pan lined with vanilla wafers.
Sprinkle grated rind on top.
Freeze until ready to serve.
