Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. warm water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add shortening.
Mix with hands.
Add water a little at a time.
Knead well.
Pinch off golf-ball size ball of dough and roll out a circle 1/8-inch thick.
Cook on grill over medium heat approximately 1 minute on each side.
Test doneness.
Pinch edge until no longer sticky to touch.
To reheat, place directly over low fire and turn often.
