Marinated Vegetables(Served As A Salad, Side Dish Or Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed thyme leaves
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 whole peppercorns
    5 c. bite-size pieces of vegetables*
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vegetables together.
    Cook each vegetable separately, about 35 minutes.
    When done, cool 15 minutes.
    Place in marinade; chill 4 hours.
