Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size eggplant
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. oil
    1 medium can tomato sauce
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Slice eggplant.
    Dip in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Fry in oil.
    Take eggplant slices out when brown and put a layer in a baking dish.
    Top with sauce that has been mixed with garlic, oregano, thyme and sugar. Add cheese and continue eggplant layer, sauce and cheese until finished.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until cheese browns.
