Almond White Chocolate Bark - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole almonds
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
3/4 c. chopped dried apricots
Preparation

Toast almonds in 350\u00b0 oven about 12 minutes, stir often. Cool.
Melt chocolate in double boiler, remove from heat and add almonds and apricots.
Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper. Refrigerate until cool and hardened.
Store up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Good at Christmas time.
