Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger, brown
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    4 to 4 diced carrots
    potatoes, mashed
    cheese
Preparation
    Cook for
    1/2
    hour.
    Sprinkle\t1/4 cup flour over top; add water to
    make
    it\tjuicy.\tPut
    in casserole and top with mashed potatoes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
