Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    3 carrots
    2 bell peppers
    1 onion
    1 can B & B mushrooms
    1 bag Success rice
    1 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut stew meat into thin pieces.
    Brown meat and drain fat. While meat is browning, saute onions in separate pan in 1/4 cup butter.
    Saute carrots, bell peppers and mushrooms each in 1/4 cup butter.
    Add onions, carrots, bell peppers and mushrooms to the meat; salt and pepper to taste.
    Add teriyaki sauce.
    Let simmer on low for 10 minutes.
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Serve meat and vegetables over rice.
    Serves about 4 people.
    (Three pounds chicken or 2 links smoked sausage may be substituted for the stew meat.)
