Russian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 medium potato, grated
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 slices dry bread, crushed
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3 eggs
    2 carrots, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands thoroughly.
    Mold into loaf and place in an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Cover with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes until browned. Remove from baking dish and place on platter.
    Cover with 1 cup tomato sauce or substitute catsup.
