Old-Fashioned Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    2 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread, and let stand until bread is soft and cooled.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until lightly browned, or inserted knife comes out clean (about 1 hour and 15 minutes).
