Stuffed Cheese Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Longhorn cheese
    1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. American cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 green peppers, untopped (clear guts)
    1 medium whole onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Grate each cheese.
    Stuff peppers with cheese, onion and pepper.
    Wrap with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or grill 30 minutes.
