Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

cooked beets
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. beet juice
1 tsp. salt
small bag allspice

Preparation

Slice cooked beets and place in sterilized jars.
Heat ingredients and pour over beets.
Seal.
Excellent.
