Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend with mixer. Combine ingredients and fill cupcake papers half full. Put a teaspoon of filling on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
