Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    3 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water. When done (not too soft), cool and slice. Use very large pan. Mix ingredients and add to potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
