Orange Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation
    Pour juice into 6 or 8-quart saucepan; stir in 2 1/2 cups water.
    Measure sugar and set aside.
    Stir Sure-Jell into juice; bring to a full boil over high heat.
    Stir constantly.
    At once stir in sugar.
    Stir and bring to a full rolling boil.
    Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Skim off foam in large metal spoon.
    Immediately pour in hot glasses or jars.
