Festive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped red pimientos
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of liquid hot pepper seasoning
    dash of salt
    finely chopped pecans (to roll ball in)
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients (except pecans) and mix well. Shape into ball and refrigerate, then roll in chopped pecans.
