Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Place chicken in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
