Beach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. minced clams
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Drain clams; reserve liquid.
Add water to clam liquid to make 1 cup.
In saucepan, combine liquid butter, poultry seasoning and salt.
Heat to boiling.
Add flour and cook until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
Stir in clams.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
