Good For You Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and oil.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix briefly.
    Blueberries can be added, if desired.
