Carol Smith'S One Pan Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    potatoes, chunked (approximate)
    1 bag frozen peas
    1 bag frozen carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
    minced onions (1 Tbsp. )
    parsley flakes (2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    In
    an
    electric
    skillet, brown pork chops in a little oil. Add
    the can of chicken gumbo soup and 1/2 can of water. Peel
    and chunk
    potatoes.
    Add
    potatoes,
    peas, carrots and seasonings to
    skillet.
    Mix together.
    Cover and cook for 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    (Check
    to
    see if you need to add a little more water after about 20 minutes.) Serve with rolls.
