Spiced Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 acorn squash (about 1 lb. each)
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground mace
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Split each squash in half lengthwise; scoop out and discard seeds and fiber from centers.
    Slice a piece from the underside of each half so it rests flat.
    Place, cut sides up, in a shallow baking dish.
    Mix spices together and sprinkle over squash.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Combine melted butter and vinegar; drizzle over squash.
