Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 small onion chopped
    1/2 c. white wine or vegetable juice cocktail
    1 28 oz. can plum tomatoes drained and roughly chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. firm fleshed fish, such as cod or monkfish, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1/2 lb. medium shrimp peeled and deveined
Preparation
    In a large nonstick pot, heat the oil over medium heat.
    Add the garlic and onion.
    Saute gently for 2 minutes.
    Add the wine and cook for 2 minutes longer.
